Dear
All,
This is going to be a great venue! The Rally is held from 12
noon on the Friday until Monday morning and includes three nights
of live music. The club take over the whole site which holds
around 1200 people all in log cabins.
Saturday there is a parade into the town with quote as in 2003
1000 bikes attending and a ride out of 4 miles long. The mayor
of the town comes & has a look around then presents the
trophies to the winners.
On Sunday there are 4 different ride-outs to choose from and
the views are breathtaking on all the scenic rideouts.
Sunday night is traditionally a fancy dress party with prizes
for all the best dressed.
ACCOMMODATION
All the four berth cabins are fully booked. We are now looking
at six berth cabins available which comprises of a room with
one double bed, a room with 2 single beds and a double sofa
bed in the lounge area.. The eight berth cabins comprise of
a room with one double bed, two twin bedrooms(single beds) and
a double sofa bed in the lounge area.
All accommodation incorporates a colour TV, shower,toilet and
kitchen area with gas and electric
BOOKING
There was a booking form included in your chapter news last
month but what I have done is printed a load off for everyone
interested to complete and Chris will leave them at Taggers
for everyone who wants to attend as it is cheques only plus
details of your hog number are required. on the booking form

£56.00 per person for the whole event

This event is the best, its bigger than the Sandy Balls event
held later in the summer and I promise you everyone will have
a fantastic time and we can have our own party after the evenings
ended! I promise you, no one will not want to go home! Lets
make it our first Bushey River Rats Event for 2004 and get ourselves
noticed!

Sadly left us for the sunny clims of Spain and Italy, he has
however invited all of us for a stay with him in summer. We
are planning a ride out there and will post it up when some
descision has been reached. |
